      • Access Codes & Instructions (for users familiar with Riverside.fm/PageN)

      • Or

      • A Virtual Assistant Add-On (+$10 flat fee) A trained assistant will virtually walk you through setup and recording from start to finish.

    • Bring any personal laptops, drives, or SD cards if needed

    • Ensure you're signed into your Riverside.fm account if preferred

  • 🔐 Security & Support

    • Please do not attempt to reset or reconfigure cameras, lighting mounts, or wiring. Any technical needs should go through Marshall Baires for optimal use and troubleshooting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a member to reserve a room? You do not need to be a member. All you need to do is go to westvalleyrooms.com, choose the day/time/room you want. Click Book, and follow the instructions.

What are the office hours that I can reserve a room? The general public can reserve a room Monday through Friday, from 8:00 - 5:00. Members have 24/7 access.

Will someone be there to assist me in getting setup? Yes. Our onsite staff will walk you to your room, show you where the fresh coffee and water is located at, get you setup with Wi-Fi and answer any question you may have.

What is included with meeting rooms? In addition to the meeting room itself, we offer free b & w copies, free scanning, free coffee, cold-brew and filtered water. You can also have breakout sessions in our 3,200 square foot patio that overlooks Westgate's Bellagio style water fountains.

How long can I rent a room for? You can reserve a room for as little as 30 minutes, or multiple days if there is availability.

Are there any setup fees? No. We do not charge any setup fees.

How do I begin? You can either reserve a room online by clicking on "Room Rentals" and choosing the room you want to reserve, or call 602.316.6319 to reserve.

Will someone be there to greet my guests? Yes. Our office greeter will greet your guests and walk them to your room. Or if you prefer, we can have them wait in our lobby, and we will inform you when they arrive so you can walk them into your room.

What happens if my meeting runs over my reserved time? Provided there is no other reservation after your meeting, you can stay within the same room, and we will bill you the additional time used. If there is a reservation after your time has concluded, we can move you into another room to finish your meeting.
